Job Title: SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: Guildford
Salary: £100 - £120 per day, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities: Education and Training
*Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
*Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons alongside teaching staff.
*Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their potential.
*Work collaboratively with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure a high standard of education.
*Help students develop social and emotional skills as well as academic progress.
Key Requirements: Education and Training
*Previous experience working as an HLTA, particularly with SEN students.
*A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*HLTA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
*A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching.
