Job Title: Metal Finishing Technician
Location: Ramsgate

Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality finishing of metal components. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Metal Finishing Technician to help us maintain the standards expected in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
*Execute daily operations in the Metal Finishing section, working under the guidance of the Metal Finishing Team Leader or Supervisor.
*Perform electroplating on a diverse range of aircraft components using processes including Cadmium, Nickel, Chrome, Silver, Tin, Copper, and Phosphate.
*Help monitor and manage stock levels of essential chemicals and consumables.
*Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly quality control checks.
*Ensure the proper maintenance of plant equipment and uphold the 5S standard.
*Adhere to quality standards and company guidelines.
*Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols, particularly in the plating bay.
Requirements:
*Experience in engineering or metal finishing (preferred).
*Previous aviation experience is highly desirable.
*Proficient in computer use.
