Are you a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with RWI (Read Write Inc.) experience? Our welcoming school in Nottingham (NG4) is seeking a skilled TA to lead phonics interventions and provide meaningful support to young learners.

*Level 3 qualified TA with proven experience in a primary classroom.
*RWI-trained, ready to enhance literacy through targeted phonics sessions.
*A proactive communicator, ready to collaborate with teachers, parents, and students alike.
Your Role:
*Lead engaging phonics sessions to build essential reading skills.
*Provide one-on-one and group support to foster academic and emotional growth.
*Assist in creating IEPs, supporting students with a range of learning needs.
*Work closely with the teaching team to design inclusive and dynamic lessons.
