Job Description:
Senior Molecular Biologist
SRG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Molecular/Micro Biologist to lead a cutting-edge microbial detection research and development program.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop innovative molecular-based tests for rapid microbial detection
*Manage R&D projects and supervise a team of scientists
*Conduct hands-on laboratory work, including handling clinical blood samples
*Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments
*Represent the company at conferences and technical demonstrations
Qualifications and Experience:
*PhD in Molecular Biology or a related field
*Extensive experience in molecular biology research, with a focus on microbiology
*In-depth knowledge of DNA detection methods, such as PCR
*Strong understanding of ISO 13485 quality standards
Key Skills:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
*Ability to work independently and lead a team
*Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
