Quality Control Technical Operator


· Based in Esher
· £27,500
· 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
· Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours a day that must be worked between 8am - 6pm.
· 1pm Friday finish on a rota basis

Job Description:
· Perform incoming inspections according to the requirements proposed by SAP
· Check and update on SAP the batch classification of the inspected material
· Use the measuring tools accurately
· Ensure that lots in the segregation area are traceable
· Inform the Quality Management team in case of noncompliance of the material inspected
· Undertake any other duties as may be required for the efficient running of the Company
Person Specification:
· Educated to a minimum of GCSE level in Maths and English
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Able to read technical drawings
· Knowledge of materials and surface finishing processes
· Able to use manual tools for dimensional inspection
· Knowledge of SAP QM
· Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
