Job Description:
Product Manager – 6 Month Contract – Hybrid – London – Inside IR35
VIQU have partnered with a global e-commerce organisation who are seeking a Product Manager on a contract basis.
The role:
The successful Product Manager will have a strong understanding of E-Commerce products, platforms, and technologies, and will deliver key elements of consumer experience, taking an omnichannel approach.
You will work with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure that product requirements and objectives are meeting any unique needs of the consumer, and to drive a customer experience that is high-touch and original.
Responsibilities:
*Use data to make decisions and prioritise in the regional and global roadmap.
*Understand the consumers affected by the experiences you manage.
*Understand how different consumer segments interact with digital products.
*Develop and share roadmaps in your portfolio that align with regional business and brands.
*Work with cross-functional teams on digital product strategy and delivery.
*Understand the constraints of the business and collaborate with teams to find solutions.
*Set objectives and key results (OKRs) to track success.
*Drive market objectives in partnership with the business.
*Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve decision making.
*Audit consumer journeys in your region.
*Advise activation teams on how to use existing products in new ways.
Skills and experience:
*Strong experience as a Product Manager
*E-Commerce background
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Solid understanding of E-Commerce products, platforms, and technologies
*Strong business acumen and understanding of human centred design principles
*Experience working with analytics tools and making data-driven decisions
*Experience working within an Agile framework
Role details:
*Role: Product Manager
*Duration: 6 months initial with view to extend
*IR35: Inside IR35 - (Off-payroll regulations apply)
*Rate: £600 - £630 per day
*Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite London
