Job Description:
Are you looking for a Temporary Finance Administration role that offers a great opportunity to showcase your skills and gain valuable experience in the retail industry? Our client, a leading retailer in the luxury furniture and homeware sector, is seeking a dedicated Temporary Finance Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic chance to work with a dynamic and passionate team in a fast-paced environment, and to develop your accounting skills whilst providing exceptional support to the finance team.
- Job Title: Temporary Finance Administrator
- Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13
- Hours: 9am-5pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing (Potential To Go Permanent)
- Location: LS2, 2 minutes from Leeds Centre
- Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
*Processing incoming supplier invoices through Sage and Microsoft Excel
*Expense reimbursement for employees
*Administration of the accounts inbox, acting as first point of contact to external suppliers and internal
*Assisting the Finance team with ad hoc tasks.
*Organisation and management of orders/refund tables to assist with tracking cash flow.
*Assisting with monthly bank reconciliation.
*Maintaining, processing and filing all invoices.
Requirements:
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
*Fantastic attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills.
*Ability to follow instructions easily in a fast-paced environment.
*Passion to work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and productivity.
*Previous experience using Sage 50 (desirable).
*A passion to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
