Job Description:

Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to recruit for a Fundraising Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As a Fundraising Manager, you will:
*Develop a robust fundraising strategy for the charity
*Become the organisational expert for fundraising queries, providing advise and guidance to senior colleagues and trustees
*Manage income and expenditure budgets, and lead the annual budgeting process
*Monitor and report monthly on progress towards income targets
*Research & develop business cases for new income generating activities
*Ensure ongoing relationships and support is provided to all volunteers as well as ensuring all training and procedures are followed
*Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure appropriate publicity and marketing materials are in place
*Lead, manage, and motivate the fundraising team, maintaining an enthusiastic, flexible and engaged staff team
To be successful as a Fundraising Manager, you will:
*Be experienced in implementing and evaluating all fundraising avenues
*Have experience in running large scale public appeals
*Have played a key role in the development of fundraising strategies
*Be able to demonstrate the ability to priorities under pressure, meet strict deadlines and adapt as needs arise
*Hold up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations and best practice in fundraising
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £38,550. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
