Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Aylesbury
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
Salary: £22,914 per annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (3 days at home, 2 days in the office)

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service. Your main duties will include:
*Efficiently and effectively handling customer calls, providing solutions tailored to their needs
*Providing excellent customer service in line with company policies and procedures
*Delivering educational and professional service by promoting and upselling organisation products and services
*Collating and providing customer feedback to improve service quality
*Resolving customer complaints and ensuring complete satisfaction
Essential:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Background within customer services
*Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Proficiency in accurate data capture and management
