We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school immediately. This role offers a long-term or permanent opportunity for an individual who is ready to contribute to the educational journey of students. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. 
Day-to-day of the role:
*Covering classes across the KS3/4 curriculum, ensuring continuity of education in the absence of the regular teacher.
*Being available throughout the week as the school requires someone who can commit to working 5 days a week.
*Setting expectations for work to be completed within lesson time and upholding the school’s policies.
*Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment.
*Inspiring and motivating pupils to engage with the subject matter.
*Quickly adapting to the school’s systems and procedures, with experience in using BromCom or similar platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in covering classes across the KS3/4 curriculum.
*Strong behaviour management skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students.
*Experience with BromCom or similar educational software.
*Availability to work 5 days a week and start immediately.
