*Competitive salary of £35,000 and a OTE of £50,000+

Key Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager:
*Maintain regular, proactive contact with customers, ensuring they’re fully stocked with products and informed of new offerings
*Deepen your understanding of each customer’s market to tailor solutions that best serve their needs
*Keep an eye on the competition, maintaining a competitive edge
*Expand our reach by converting new business opportunities and broadening product offerings for current clients
*Consistently grow the new business portfolio year after year
*Produce monthly reports detailing sales achievements and upcoming targets
*Prepare accurate trip reports and forecasts, ensuring alignment
*Handle expense reports, resolve payment issues in partnership with Credit Control, and promptly address customer complaints
*Operate independently with a solution-oriented mindset and an eagerness to exceed expectations
Requirements as a Regional Sales Manager:
We need a self-starter who brings initiative, enthusiasm, and a drive for success
*Solid educational background
*Sales experience, preferably with product sales
*Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
