Recovery Navigator
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: Full time
SALARY: £25,359 - £27,449 per annum (pro rata for part time)
DURATION: Perm
START DATE: ASAP

As a Recovery Navigator at within this organisation, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals in their path towards improved mental health and well-being. Your role will be critical in providing guidance, advocacy, and practical assistance to those in need, making a meaningful impact every day.

Preferred Requirements:
*Previous experience in mental health or recovery support.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong understanding of advocacy and support services.
*Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
*Empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Relevant qualification in mental health, counselling, social work, or related field.
*Certification in mental health first aid or equivalent is advantageous.
*Additional training in trauma-informed care is desirable.
