What do we do?

At Hays, our education team collaborates with hundreds of schools in the Staffordshire area, providing recruitment and supply services. We support schools with cover for day-to-day short-term positions, long-term ongoing roles, and assist with filling permanent vacancies in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
