Job Description:
People2people are hiring an experienced Administrator to join a vibrant Norwich-based studio. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
*Offer support to the Studio Leadership and technical teams in Norwich.
*Serve as the primary contact for all office-related needs of employees.
*Assist Project Leads in managing fees and resources by conducting project reviews and updating information through the internal management software
*Oversee office facilities management, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and ISO standards.
*Ensure efficient studio operations by maintaining adequate stock for the office, kitchen, and stationery supplies, managing confidential waste, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with local suppliers.
*Work with the Regional Studio Manager to implement and uphold business processes and procedures.
*Provide project administration support to the technical team, including document creation, formatting, filing, and producing professional reports.
*Handle front office duties, such as welcoming visitors and answering phone calls.
*Organise and coordinate local staff events, celebrations, and employee recognition activities.
*Provide new employees with onboarding and Health & Safety information.
*Interact with individuals at all levels, including high-profile clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other office locations.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
*Prior experience in a similar office environment role.
*Strong numerical skills and mathematical competence.
*Experience in resource and logistics management, or a related area.
*Experience with implementing new processes or systems.
*Openness to learning and using new tools.
*Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels via phone, in person, and through electronic communication.
*Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
*High standards for accuracy and presentation.
*Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Collaborative and cooperative team player.
*Able to work proactively, prioritise tasks, and handle responsibilities independently.
*Enthusiastic about enhancing skills and job-specific knowledge for personal and team growth.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Willingness to take on various tasks and enjoy tackling challenges.
*Some familiarity with the property/ construction sector (desirable).
