Job Description:
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading packaging company, in their search for an Import Export Co-Ordinator to work regionally from Wrexham.
For the successful Import Export Co-Ordinator our client is offering;
*Salary £40,000 - £42,000 p/annum
*Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
*Permanent
*Benefits: 20 days + bank holidays, company pension, free parking, discretionary Bonus
The Role of the Import Export Co-Ordinator;
*Administer customs regulations documents, trade agreements, and tariff systems to navigate and adhere to international trade law
*Interpret complex regulations and analyse trade data
*Apply for customs simplifications on behalf of traders including Inward/Outward Processing, Customs Warehousing, Approved Exporter, Duty Deferment, Returned Goods Relief, VAT postponed accounting
*Adherence with the movement of goods with relation to VAT and HMRC taxing
What our client is looking for in an Import Export Co-Ordinator;
*Minimum of 2 years experience in a customs: import & export role - ESSENTIAL
*Working knowledge of C88 form compilation - ESSENTIAL
*Working knowledge of filing import and export declarations on the CDS system
*Experience working with certificate of origin and technical customs documentation - ESSENTIAL
*Packaging industry experience - DESIREABLE
