Location: Gorton, Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our supportive and thriving school community in Gorton, Manchester. This is a permanent or long-term, full-time position, starting as soon as possible. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing tailored learning experiences for students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: *Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEN.
*Assess and monitor student’s progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
*Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
*Provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
*Support the development of individualised education plans (IEPs) and track progress.
Requirements *We are seeking an experienced and empathetic SEN Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) as mandatory.
*Proven experience in teaching students with special educational needs.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
*Passionate about making a difference in student’s lives.
*Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.
*A positive, patient, and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
