Role Responsibilities *Handling complex tax matters and providing clear, concise advice to clients
*Working directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored tax solutions
*Identifying areas where more detailed tax advice is needed and coordinating with internal specialists
*Managing and navigating HMRC enquiries on behalf of clients
*Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services
*Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
*Overseeing billing and debt collection for your client portfolio
*Participating in internal tax technical training sessions to maintain and enhance your skills
*Collaborating with internal teams such as Accounts, Business Management, and Payroll to ensure cohesive service delivery

Candidate Requirements *CTA or equivalent professional qualification (a private client background would be an advantage but not essential)
*Proven experience in managing self-assessment tax returns and reviewing complex tax issues
*Ability to conduct technical tax research and communicate complex concepts clearly to clients
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads, time charges, and budgets
*Committed to maintaining and updating technical knowledge
*Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team and support junior members
*Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
