Day-to-day of the role: *Conduct thorough maintenance and repair of customer vehicles.
*Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults.
*Complete jobs within specified timeframes and to a high standard.
*Communicate effectively with the service team and customers to ensure a smooth workflow.
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
*Stay updated with technical vehicle developments and attend manufacturer training.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Strong technical background with qualified technician status (manufacturer-specific training will be provided).
*Strong administration skills and customer-facing aptitude.
*Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
*Valid driver’s licence is required.
