Job Description:

Here you’ll be a practice manager looking after a team of administrators (soon to be three). You’re the team that supports the firm’s three financial planners, freeing up their time for client work. The role is as you’d expect - 1-1s, coaching, workload distribution, HR. But when working for small businesses you get involved in other areas too, such as marketing.
There’s an attractive starting salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience). And once settled in you’ll have some flexibility about how many days you need to be in the office (the company are thinking three in the office with two from home).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
You’ll be in a leadership position with another financial planning firm. You’ll have the experience in the profession to guide/train others and answer technical/process queries.
You’ll enjoy leading a team and will have examples of how you’ve helped improve processes at other businesses.
