Role Responsibilities *Oversee a portfolio of audit clients and manage the end-to-end audit process
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advice and solutions
*Lead and develop audit teams, reviewing work and providing feedback
*Ensure compliance with UK auditing standards and regulations
*Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects
*Support business development and contribute to growing the audit practice

Candidate Requirements *ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent
*Qualified by experience also considered
*At least 5 years of audit experience, with strong technical knowledge
*Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
*Client-focused and proactive in identifying opportunities for service enhancement
