Year 3 Teacher (Part-Time, Fixed Term)
Location: South Sheffield Primary school
Contract: Fixed Term, Part Time (January 2025 - July 2025)
Days: Monday to Wednesday
Are you a qualified and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for working with lower Key Stage 2 pupils? We are looking for an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our small, supportive primary school in South Sheffield on a part-time, fixed-term basis from January to July 2025.
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a dynamic and engaging curriculum to a class of eager learners. With support from the school team, you will help foster a positive learning environment that encourages each child to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities: *Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the Year 3 curriculum objectives.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the growth and development of each child.
*Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback to both pupils and parents.
*Collaborate with fellow staff to share resources and strategies that enrich student learning.
Requirements: *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Proven experience in teaching at lower Key Stage 2, with confidence in delivering the Year 3 curriculum.
*Excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting every child’s learning journey.
*A collaborative and flexible approach to working within a close-knit school community.
