Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client’s team. This role involves a blend of field sales and office-based work, focusing on both developing new business and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
*Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts.
*Conduct field sales visits and office-based work to meet sales targets.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
*Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a sales role.
*Strong negotiation and closing skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Valid driver’s license.
