Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and organised Data Administrator to support our Transport & Distribution team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of customs processes.

Description
*Accurately input data into customs entry systems
*Ensure compliance with all relevant EU customs regulations
*Verify and validate all customs documentation
*Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
*Monitor and update changes to customs regulations
*Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly
*Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data
*Support the Transport & Distribution team in other administrative duties as required
Profile
A successful Data Administrator should have:
*A good understanding of customs procedures, particularly within the EU
*Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*The ability to work well as part of a team
*A proactive approach to problem-solving
*Proficiency in using standard office software
