Role Details:
*Location: Fully Remote. Once a month in London.
*Flexible Working: Full-time around a core 5-hour window.
*Salary: £70-75k base + commission, with OTE up to £120k.

We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth at an award winning Digital Agency. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in the company’s journey, driving new business, nurturing key client relationships, and expanding their impact in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As their Director of Sales, you’ll lead from the front, setting and implementing a dynamic sales strategy that captures new business and expands their existing client base. You’ll oversee and support three main functions: Sales, Marketing and Account Management, ensuring they hit ambitious targets across the board.

Key responsibilities include:
*Revenue Growth: You’ll drive both inbound and outbound sales, leading the way in winning high-value clients while coaching your team to do the same.
*Account Development: Oversee client retention strategies and ensure key accounts stay loyal and profitable, including directly handling top-tier renewals.
*Strategic Networking: Build powerful partnerships by representing this Digital Marketing Agency at events and conferences, expanding their reach and reputation.
*Process Optimisation: Shape their sales funnel, refining inbound and outbound processes to maximise lead conversion.
*Leadership & Vision: As part of their Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you’ll contribute to the company’s direction and work closely with their CEO and COO on new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
*Proven Experience in sales, marketing, or business development for companies with multi-million pound revenue.
*Sales Expertise with a strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
*Solid Knowledge of digital marketing concepts: SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content.
*Strategic Acumen to develop and optimise long-term sales strategies.
*Confidence & Charisma for public speaking, networking, and building high-value relationships.
*Coaching Skills to lead and inspire a sales team, building a culture of excellence.
*Analytical Mindset to identify new growth avenues, solve problems creatively, and deliver results.
