Responsibilities include:
*Manage and prioritise referrals to ensure timely assessments for children’s safeguarding cases.
*Collaborate with partner agencies to support joint decision-making and comprehensive case evaluations.
*Guide the team in following safeguarding protocols and meeting statutory requirements for children’s services.
*Provide mentorship and support to staff, fostering professional development and consistent practice standards.
*Conduct audits to ensure assessments meet safeguarding standards for children.
*Serve as the escalation point for high-risk cases, making prompt decisions to mitigate risks to children’s safety.
Requirements:
*2 years experience post qualification
*Action safeguarding procedures
