Job Description:
Our client, a reputable service provider within their field, is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Crawley. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and sales team to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Analyst will play a critical role in strategic planning to enhance company performance. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with an analytical mindset and a background in cargo or freight.
Key Responsibilities: *Work with the sales team to draft contracts and agreements once a sale is confirmed, ensuring accuracy before sending to the customer for finalisation.
*Evaluate current spending and profitability, advising the CEO on beneficial relationships and providing insights on market trends to optimise resources.
*Monitor competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.
*Handle general inquiries and redirect them to the sales team as needed.
*Transform data into graphs, charts & reports for better understanding.
Requirements: *Previous experience in the cargo/freight industry is essential.
*Analytical mindset with a talent for data interpretation and strategic planning.
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage contracts and agreements accurately.
*Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
The Package: *Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
*£25,000 - £35,000pa DOE.
*22 days holiday + bank holidays
*Private healthcare
*5% contributory pension
