What will you be doing in this role?
*Working closely with business stakeholders in order to shape ideas and initiatives
*Establishing the business drivers in order to implement change initiatives
*Proactively coming up with ideas / solutions to simplify business processes
*Implementing change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of changes

What experience do you need?
*Strong business analysis experience
*Project Management knowledge - you don’t need to be an experienced PM, but do need to be comfortable putting together a very basic project plan
*Proven insurance industry experience (ideally London Market) with a good understanding of insurance processes and procedures
*Experience of working with a broad range of insurance stakeholders across all levels
