Job Description:
Administrator
Very competitive salary, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours Flexible start times e.g. 0800 to 1600, 0830 to 1630 or 0900 to 1700

Administrator Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join our team. Ideal for someone with an open mind, looking for a varied role, providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Administrator Key Responsibilities:
*First point of call for incoming telephone calls.
*Taking charge and handling of spare parts orders and quotations.
*Processing invoices and actioning emails.
*Dealing with custom documents and clearing for importing and exporting.
*Filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising documents.
*Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
*Maintaining office supplies inventory.
Support Staff:
*Assisting team members with administrative tasks as needed.
*Coordinating with other departments and assisting with inter-departmental tasks.
*Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for visitors.
*Reception Duties - Greeting visitors and clients, ensuring they are attended to promptly.
Data Entry:
*Entering information accurately into company systems and databases.
*Assisting with the maintenance of company records.
Ad hoc Duties:
*Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned.
*Contributing to team meetings and sharing feedback to improve operational efficiency.
*Helping in the warehouse to send consumables to customers.
Administrator Qualifications and Requirements:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
*Proactive, willing to learn, and takes initiative.
