Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Responsibilities
*Undertake identification of parts and preparation of information for Customer estimates
*Ensure estimates are prepared, processed sent to Customers and chased
*Undertake ordering of parts to pre-determined locations and periodically update expected delivery information
*Goods inward processing and stock control
*Maintain computer and operational system records
Experience
*Proven experience in an administrative role
*Strong IT Skills including MS Office and Excel
*Customer Service Skills
*Strong Communication Skills
Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*8am to 5pm
*1 hour lunch break
