Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a global leading defendant firm for a Solicitor to join their Catastrophic Personal Injury team in Manchester. This team specialises in high-value complex personal injury cases, across RTA and EL/PL matters.
The role:
*Assist the Senior Solicitors on the team with high-value injury cases, gaining exposure to complex matters such as birth injury and spinal injury.
*Manage cases efficiently, adhering to strict timelines and client-specific service level agreements.
*Engage with clients to provide informed recommendations, assess risk and build strong professional relationships.
*Contribute to team efficiency and develop a caseload appropriate to level of technical legal knowledge.
*Meet personal performance targets, including time recording and financial goals.
Essential qualifications:
*A qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE.
*Experience in RTA (EL/Pl knowledge is advantageous) and familiarity with large loss injury work.
*Strong academic background, ideally with a bachelor’s degree in law.
