Job Description:

We’re seeking a Delivery Manager to lead an Agile service squad through the delivery of innovative products and services. If you’re passionate about Agile methodologies and have experience leading cross-functional teams, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
*Lead and deliver projects using SCRUM, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
*Manage a multi-disciplinary team, including Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts, and more.
*Drive continuous improvement in delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions at pace.
*Communicate effectively across stakeholders, from technical to non-technical teams.
*Empower teams to grow their skills and drive value for users.
Key Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience leading Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban).
*Background in DevOps and automated delivery (e.g., pipelines, testing).
*Strong stakeholder management, navigating both technical and political challenges.
*Experience with Microsoft Project Tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Project Online).
*A relevant Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager qualification.
