*Provide a quality transactional service across the areas of the employee life cycle
*Contribute to a flexible and resilient service by developing proficiency in multiple disciplines
*Provide 1st line HR Advice, respond, manage and resolve customer enquiries
*Contribute to reports and statistics
*Prepare, collate and record information across HR
*Ad-hoc projects
You will require the following experience:-
*Experience of working within HR at a similar level.
*Experience of providing excellent customer service to include dealing directly with customers over the phone and also face to face
*Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
*Experience in using databases
*Experience in dealing with confidential matter
*Strong organisational skills
*Good team worker
Salary up to £26k plus benefits, hybrid working.
