Qualified Social Workers needed for Adult Teams across Somerset, carrying out Court Of Protection work across the county - £38ph - hybrid working.
*The role will require assessment visits to the service user, the rest of the role can be performed remotely.
*Estimated case load around 5 COP cases - Will be reporting into 1 team manager, roughly 30 workers in the team.
*Travel will be required to various units to complete necessary work to support with COP applications.
*Full time preferred, however managers are willing to consider flexible hours or condensed hours for the right candidate!
