Job Description:
Our client, a leading company in the finance sector, is currently seeking a Finance Administrator (Cash Management) to join their team in Eastleigh. This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements, requiring a minimum of two days a week in the office. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong numeric skills, and a passion for working with numbers, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities: *Resolving or escalating all queries related to cash inflows and outflows in line with allocated SLA’s
*Completing daily cheque runs in line with SLA and maintaining stock levels
*Processing manual payments accurately and in accordance with authority matrices
*Allocating all electronic payments received against the correct instalment policies, claims, or brokers
*Identifying and taking appropriate action on all outstanding items
*Processing requests for stopped cheques, debit/credits, and copies in a timely manner
*Ensuring effective communication within the Financial Operations management team and peer group
Job Requirements: *Strong numeric skills and attention to detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
*Previous experience in a finance environment is desirable
*Positive attitude towards flexibility and openness to change
