About the Role: This hybrid position combines both operational and front-of-house responsibilities, allowing you to make a lasting impact on member experience while ensuring pool safety.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional communication and customer service.
*Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all tasks.
*Supervise the pool area at all times, enforcing rules for a safe environment.
*Follow all health and safety procedures.
*Perform rescues and first aid as needed.
*Conduct general poolside cleaning and upkeep.
*Report directly to the on-site manager.
Qualifications Required:
*Valid RLSS / STA Pool Responder or NPLQ Lifeguard Certification
