Job Description:
Our client based in Thame is looking for an Account Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be a key member of the Operations team. You will be the main focal point of contact for some of our key customer accounts and will be required to build and nurture relationships ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
*Load computer system with accurate customer order information in the form of Works Order and Purchase Order placement.
*Maintain Works order dates and Enquiry files with relevant and up to date information.
*Creation of job packs to issue to production including WO, drawings and labels.
*Ensure margin analysis is accurately completed for all customer orders.
*Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with the agreed delivery dates.
*Ensure that all invoices are raised accurately.
*Maintain customer records.
*Maintain and improve quality levels within the company.
*Take and redirect incoming calls, as required.
*General office administration including filing.
*Observe good Health and Safety practices.
*Support the Operations Department in completing any other duties which may be required from time to time.
Skills & Experience
*Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
*Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Strong sense of time organization and urgency
*Able to work independently and within a team
Working Hour are 8:15am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 1pm on Fridays
Salary 25,000 to 29,000 depending on experience.
