Job Description:
Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with an international hospitality/entertainment business to recruit a bright and dynamic Management Accountant.
Working closely with the FD, you will play a crucial role in the finance team, providing financial insights and support to drive business performance.
Duties Include:
*Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries.
*Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
*Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
*Partnering and providing financial analysis and insights to the wider business functions.
*Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
*Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
*Support the Finance Director with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
*It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finalist.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The role of Management Accountant is £50,000pa to £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and flexible working hours.
