Job Description
*Handling incoming emails and calls from customers
*Supporting the Account Management team In building and maintaining good relationships with our customers,
*Keying an assortment of orders and quotes of varying difficulty, quickly and accurately.
*Upselling and cross selling our products to customers.
*Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
*Working towards team and company targets.
Key Skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Good organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Ability to work as part of an industrious team.
*A desire to develop your Sales and Customer service skills.
