Job Description:
About the Finance Manager: We are looking for a Finance Manager to join an established business based in Kettering. The company values teamwork and collaboration, with employees working closely across various functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong financial acumen to lead a finance team and play a key role in shaping financial strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Director and provide insightful information to aid decision making and support the various business functions. The ideal candidate will be driven, possess the right skills to be instrumental in seeing the business grow.
You will have an overall responsibility for the company’s day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You will prepare budgets and cashflow forecasts. You will ensure suitable financial controls are in place, and all statutory requirements are met. You will have led a small team mentoring and encouraging their development.
*You will be qualified or part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
*Ideally demonstratable experience in a similar role
*Proficient in accounting software Xero and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
This role would be suitable for a Finance Team Leader, Financial Accountant, Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller.
