Day-to-day of the role: *Support students with diverse needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical impairments.
*Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support students in achieving their educational goals.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
*Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
*Monitor and report on student progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous experience working with special educational needs in a similar or transferable role.
*A valid DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
