PE Backed FinTech
Senior Revenue Controller - 6 month contract
£450-£550 per day (inside IR35)

I am partnered with a rapidly scaling PE backed FinTech business who are experiencing organic growth due to expansion into new International markets and are currently seeking a Senior Revenue Controller to join on a 6 month interimcontract.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the monthly close process by recording Revenue, Cost of Sales and Risk Costs in relation to the B/S
*Ensure reviews of month end, P/L and balance sheet to understand drivers of month on month movements, providing variance analysis and performing analytical reviews of the financials
*Partner with key business areas, financial risk management and FP&A to provide analysis of revenue and cost of sales
*Manage regulatory reporting, prepare accurate forecasts and maintain process documentation of accounting policy and papers for transactions, revenue recognition and key business processes
*Build robust financial control processes and enhance internal control framework
*Support and partner with the Financial Reporting team to ensure timely reporting of monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, annual financial statements and regulatory reporting
About you
*ACA qualified (Big 4 or Top 10 experience) is ESSENTIAL
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
*Previous experience working in FinTech/SaaS/Financial Services/Banking industry is ESSENTIAL
*Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
*Experience with SAP and Xero is highly desirable
*Previous management of external auditors
