Job Description:
FJA are supporting an established Company based in the Heywood area. Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor
 
Customer Service Advisor hours available: Monday – Friday - 8am till 4pm  
 
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities: 
*Processing customer quotes and orders
*Handle incoming calls and emails
*Liaise with internal departments regarding stock availability
*Manage and resolve queries and issues
*Assist with any general Customer Service duties as required
*Handling webchat enquiries 
 
Customer Service Advisor requirements:
*Previous Customer Service experience
*Must possess a good work ethic
*Strong communication skills – verbal and written
