Location: Southend-On-Sea, Essex

Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with expertise in:
*Sales, purchases, and leasing of commercial properties
*Development, investment, and leasehold management
Working within a supportive team, you’ll have access to robust legal resources while managing your own caseload with independence, demonstrating excellent time-management and prioritisation skills.
Key Requirements:
*Strong background in commercial property law
*Property litigation experience (preferred but not essential)
*Strong academic credentials and a proactive, professional attitude
