YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealer in East Devon.
The main objectives for this role are:
*To maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
*To maximise customer awareness of all available group services
*To ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
*To maintain excellent standards of departmental administration
You will need to have a full UK driving license.
Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
*Responding to customer requests
*Booking in vehicles for service / repair
*Checking in vehicles
*Track vehicle through the workshop
*Handover the vehicle
*Achieve incremental sales
*Use technology effectively
*Manage your own performance
*Contribute to effective working
*Deal with customer complaints
*Contribute to improved service processes
The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
*Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
*Excellent customer service skills
*Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
*Proven organisational and administration skills
Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday to Friday 8.00 - 6.00. NO SATURDAY ROTA!
