This firm is an independent, forward-thinking law practice committed to empowering its people and offering an agile working environment. They foster a culture of inclusivity, giving their staff the autonomy to make decisions and the support to excel in their roles. As a Senior Associate or Associate in the Private Client team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. Your work will cover a wide range of matters including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, estate planning, powers of attorney, complex executries, and the creation and administration of trusts. Strong communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a proactive approach to financial matters and time recording are essential.
Benefits and Working Environment
The firm offers a generous benefits package, including profit-related pay, private medical insurance, pension scheme, and life assurance. Employees enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus 9 public holidays, with the added benefit of a birthday day off. The firm also provides tax-efficient car lease schemes, cycle-to-work options, and access to comprehensive wellbeing resources. They are committed to work-life balance and providing a friendly, inclusive environment where all employees can thrive. Candidates with disabilities who meet the minimum criteria will be guaranteed an interview.
