Job Description:
Juice is excited to be working with a global customer service provider who is for a Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

We are seeking enthusiastic and positive people to deliver outstanding customer experiences in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
*Professionally address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, helpful manner
*Assist with complaints, following up to ensure quick, accurate resolution
*Support customers with home delivery issues and web-related concerns
Requirements
*Fluent in Swedish with good English communication skills (written and spoken)
*Customer-focused, with a strong passion for problem-solving
*Excellent reasoning, analytical, and communication skills
*Friendly, proactive, and able to handle challenging situations professionally
*Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments is a plus
