Job Description:
Job Title - IT Service Desk Analyst
Location – Northwich, CW9 7LN
Salary - £24,385 plus on call allowance
Contract – Permanent
Working pattern - Full Time 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday – with an on-call rota one week per month
Residential Management Group, one of the UK’s largest Property Management Companies, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic 1st Line IT Service Desk Support Analyst to be a point of presence and ’friendly face of IT’ at our office in Northwich (CW9 7LN).
What are some of the tasks our IT Service Desk Analyst will be doing?
• Based in Northwich, you will provide 1st line support to RMG’s colleagues with resolving all IT support issues, requests and guidance within defined SLA’s
• Utilising your strong people skills, you will take full ownership for incident and service requests, communicating clearly with internal customers remaining calm and patient at all times.
• Keeping accurate and up to date records of the service requests and changes to the asset database.
• Working using your own initiative and continuously improve service levels and develop IT processes.
What skills and experience will you have?
Essential -
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focused, ’happy to help’ mindset.
• 1st line support experience which should include MS Office
• Working knowledge of building and installing IT equipment.
• Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix and Microsoft 365 administration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Preferred -
• ITIL qualification (however training can be provided for the right candidate)
• Working knowledge and administration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix and remote support tools.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
