Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Software Developer to join our market-leading and multi-award-winning team.

What’s the opportunity?
As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to:
*Independently design, develop, and maintain software applications.
*Lead in identifying and fixing bugs and production issues.
*Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
*Contribute to improving best practices and team processes.
Skills and Experience:
About You
*You have 3-5 years of experience in software development.
*You have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
*You are experienced with our core tech stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server), version control
*systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
*You have familiarity with at least one front end JavaScript framework (e.g. React, Angular,
*etc)
*You have hands-on experience with modern cloud services and architectures (e.g., Azure).
*You excel at problem-solving and are skilled at troubleshooting complex issues.
*You are familiar with agile methodologies and have experience participating in sprint
*planning.
*You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should:
*Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
*Be able to take initiative and lead smaller development tasks.
*Be proactive in researching and applying new technologies to improve team efficiency.
*Contribute actively to improving development processes and best practices.
Nice to have:
*Extensive experience with React and Angular
*Experience in the healthcare industry
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 per annum
