Full time Mentor
Full Time Teaching assistant
Student Counselling

Starting date: ASAP
Location: Southwark
Free CPD and Constant support with interviewing
We are looking for a dynamic individual to become an mentor for Emotional Literacy Support Assistant.
The role is on a long-term basis until June with an immediate start for the right individual.
Emotional Literacy Support experience or qualification.
Experience of working as a teaching assistant/ Tutor (desired not essential)
Counselling experience
Have an interest in the education sector
Have a current enhanced DBS (Or willing to process one)
A recent graduate (graduated within last 2 years) (Desired not essential)
Ability to engage with and inspire young learners

Role Summary
Emotional Literacy support for specific pupils from years 7-11, for catch up tuition. It requires relationship building with teachers and specific students, ability to be pro-active and boost confidence within themselves. Mostly mentoring and supporting 1-1 or in small groups, but occasionally helping in the classroom if no students available. After school private study time will be necessary.
