Job Description:
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a vacancy within a highly regarded global firm, for a Litigation Executive to join a well-established Motor team in Salford, to handle the recovery of insured and uninsured losses arising from motor disputes.
The role:
*Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated recovery claims, overseeing all procedural aspects from issue through to trial.
*Draft pleadings and evaluate personal injury claims using JC guidelines and case law.
*Assess claims for special damages and negotiate settlements effectively.
*Prepare witness statements for court proceedings and conduct telephone advocacy.
*Liaise professionally with solicitors, counsel, courts and clients.
*Adhere to client SLA requirements in terms of reporting and updates.
Essential skills:
*Minimum 1 year of RTA recovery litigation experience.
*Detailed understanding of recoveries procedures and the ability to run the process with little supervision.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
*Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
